I am working on a number of projects dealing with nonverbal behavior, portrayals of violence in the media, gender considerations in heterosexuals' views of homosexuality, and other aspects of social psychology, broadly defined. I retired from Youngstown State University in 2011 and moved to the Palm Springs area of Southern California. Since 2012, I have taught courses at the Palm Desert campus of California State University- San Bernadino.
